The City of Whittlesea’s Business Improvement unit documents and reviews processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and improved business efficiency across all areas of Council.
Our Research unit undertakes a variety of tasks including analysis of data, conducting focus groups, collaborating with research institutions and reviewing and presenting research results.
Our Multimedia unit assists with the production of still photography and video, and provides technical support to Council’s eight websites.
